I have a PhD in civil engineering from Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University, West Lafayette. My research interest is Construction and Infrastructure Asset Management.

I am skilled in Construction Management, Statistical and Econometric Modeling, and Deterministic and Stochastic Modeling and Optimization.

I conduct research on performance modeling and scheduling of maintenance and rehabilitation treatments for Underground and Highway Infrastructure Assets. I have years of experience in research, teaching, construction industry, and professional and social development.
